Sound journeys

I offer sound bath at your location on the island or at my beautiful home in Ano Petali, close to Apollonia. It is a beautiful deep relaxation experience with the vibrations of a large set of instruments and voice.

Energy work

I give private therapy sessions with the healing energy of Reiki and the vibration of the Tibetan singing bowls to harmonize, calm and balance the whole body and mind.

Weekly‍ Yoga group sessions

* 3 sessions per week (location, day and time will be communicated soon). Participation 20€. Yoga mats provided. Open to all. Beginners welcomed.

Private Yoga sessions

* at my lovely home in Ano Petali village (walking distance from Appolonia and Artemonas).

* or at your location in Sifnos or on the beach (early morning).

Yoga retreats

I also organize Yoga retreats in Sifnos focused on the island beauty with hiking and Greek food discovery (twice a year, in May and September, hosted by Kavos Studios), in French only.
